The short version: The calculator itself runs entirely in your browser and stores none of the numbers you enter. We don't ask for your name, email, or account. The only data involved comes from standard web hosting logs and the third-party advertising and analytics services described below.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible.

  • Calculator inputs: The amounts, rates, and time periods you type are processed locally in your browser to produce results. They are not transmitted to us or stored on any server. Refreshing the page clears them.
  • Standard server logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site running reliably.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Cookies may be placed on your device by us and by the third-party services described below, primarily for advertising and analytics.

We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily provide (for example, if you email us).

Because the calculator does not collect or store your inputs, there is no personal financial data for us to secure or retain. Standard server logs are retained only as long as needed for operational and security purposes.

This Site is intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
